1. Return Policy

  • We accept returns for non-personalized products in the case of manufacturing defects.

  • Return Fee:
    • A return fee of $25 is applied to each returned order to compensate for the high shipping costs from our country.

• For Personalized Products:
  • We do not accept returns for personalized items. However, if there is a manufacturing error, we will send a replacement product.
  • We pride ourselves on the quality of our handcrafted products, meticulously made and strictly quality controlled, and so far, we have not encountered any defects. Our customers are usually very pleased with our products.
• Return Period:
  • Returns are accepted within 21 days from the date of receipt.

2. Cancellation Policy

• For Personalized Products:
  • Customers have the right to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order moves to the design and production phase and cannot be cancelled.
