1. Responsibility for “Return to Sender” Packages:

• AnChi House is not responsible for packages that are “returned to sender” due to incorrect name and/or delivery address information entered by the customer.
• In such cases, the customer will bear the responsibility for the cost of reshipping the package.

• Shipping within the USA:
  • The shipping cost is $15.
  • Delivery time ranges from 7 to 21 days. We do not have control over the speed at which your package moves once it has received the appropriate label and left our fulfillment warehouse.
• Shipping within the Europa:
  • The shipping cost is $25

• Personalized orders take 3-5 days for design and production.
• As our products are handcrafted, we cannot expedite this process in order to ensure the best quality control.
